Not feeling to well

Hello my fellow Romans, I have been sent to bed because I have come down with a sickness. I have been puking, sneezing, and have had a fever for about a week now. I hope I can come back from this but I am very old and this could be my last post. If this is my last post I want everyone to know that I love this glorious place called Rome.

Nero at Olympics

Nero is angering me a lot, and many others am I right? He went to the Olympics and won it all but there was probably some cheating or threats made to the other competitors.

Well the great fire finally stopped and now Nero has bought all of the land and is now starting to hire construction contractors as myself. If he hires me I will make some money. Although I am disgusted with him only because he has taken so many homes from so many people. Since he did buy the land it has caused many more rumors that he started the fire.

Who's to blame.

After the fire broke out many people didn't know who did it but we are now prosecuting the Christians for the fire although I Arsenius think different I say it was Nero. The fire hasn't stopped yet and my home is one of the few still standing.

The great fire

Today a great fire started and so far we haven't been able to put it out. This is a terrible time for many but I am in luck, my home is on the other side of a stream so we should be safe. This could be good for business though. I hope that all my fellow Romans will be safe.
