A day in the Life

On any given day in the morning everyone would get ready for the day, either to put on makeup or to go and get their tools for the fields. Then people would get to work unless there is a very important speech to be heard in the forum. When you walk down the street you might see some vendors selling goods or homeless people begging for food, but not to often because most Romans are giving people. The roads are fairly flat which makes it nice to walk on. In my situation, being a contractor is different. I am normally at a building sight or discussing the easiest way to do things and sometimes working on an aqueduct.At night after work and such you could go to a gladiator fight event if you have no money, or just go home and go to sleep. Today is hectic last night a great fire broke out so the entire city is trying to put out this fire but we haven't stopped it yet. When you run down the street you see people crying because their home was burnt down or they lost a loved one.
